Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bridge website, mobile or tablet application, or any other feature of the Bridge platform (collectively "Bridge") you agree to be bound by these Terms and policies. You also accept and agree to be bound by all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using or accessing the Bridge platform entirely. The materials contained in any Bridge related product, service or API - including the web sites are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. If you are found to be in violation of our policies at any time, as determined by Bridge in its sole discretion, we may warn you, suspend or terminate your account.

Privacy Policy

Your use of Bridge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

User License

Use of the materials (information or software) by Bridge is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software developed, owned, operated or related to Bridge; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Bridge at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials and services provided by Bridge are provided "as is". Bridge makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Bridge does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials through its services, web sites or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to Bridge.

Limitations

In no event shall Bridge nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use Bridge - even if a Bridge or a Bridge authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Bridge could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Bridge does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. Bridge may make changes to the materials contained in its services and products at any time without notice. Bridge does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Links

Bridge has not reviewed any sites that may link to Bridge and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Bridge of the site. Use of any such linked site is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any claims relating to Bridge, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Abuse & Violation

Our policies are designed to ensure a positive and respectful experience for all users. Bridge is committed to providing support and resolving issues our users may encounter. To maintain constructive communication, we ask that interactions remain courteous and reviews reflect genuine experiences. Accounts that use offensive language or post misleading or untrue reviews may be subject to reporting or suspension. Please note that suspensions can occur without prior notice.

Unsupported devices

Bridge does not work unless it is installed through the official Google Play Store. Sideloading the Bridge APK on unsupported devices, or obtaining it by any method other than the official Google Play Store on supported devices, is a violation of our Terms of Use.

Reporting violations of the Terms

You can report any behavior that you believe violates Bridge’s Terms. The identity of those who submit reports will remain confidential.

Account inactivity

Bridge makes non-Premium accounts inaccessible upon expiration of any trial period, in accordance with the Terms. Access can be restored by purchasing a license."

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Bridge (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of Bridge.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and restrict access to Bridge immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
