Terms

By accessing and using Bridge services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Bridge services. The materials contained in any Bridge product, service or API - including the web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
If you are found to be in violation of our policies at any time, as determined by Bridge in its sole discretion, we may warn you, suspend or terminate your account.

User License

Use of the materials (information or software) by Bridge is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software developed or owned by Bridge; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Bridge at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Disclaimer

The materials and services provided by Bridge are provided "as is".
Bridge makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Bridge does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials through its services, web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to Bridge.

Limitations

In no event shall Bridge or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services provided by Bridge, even if Bridge or a Bridge authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Bridge's products could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
Bridge does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current.
Bridge may make changes to the materials contained in its services and products at any time without notice.
Bridge does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Links

Bridge has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site.
The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Bridge of the site.
Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to Bridge shall be governed by the laws in Denmark without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Abuse and violation

Bridge reserves the right to remove abusive accounts and suspend the users behind these accounts.
We take great pride in trying to solve issues our users might experience with Bridge. Therefore accounts from users contacting us with foul language or writing unjustified, untruthful and baseless reviews will be reported, and we will suspended their accounts - Premium or not.
Any suspension may occur without prior notice, or any notice.

Bridge does not work unless installed from Google Play Store. Sideloading the Bridge APK or obtaining it by any means other than Google Play Store is a violation of our terms.

Reporting violations of the Terms of Use.
We appreciate your cooperation in pointing out any users that violate any of the above terms by sending an email to: hello@xitlabs.com
The identity of the individuals reporting those violations will be kept confidential.

Account Inactivity

Bridge terminates your account in accordance with the terms of service when the offered trial period expires - for non-Premium accounts only.

Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

These server logs may include information such as your web request, your interaction with a service, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your account.
User communications – when you send email or other communications to Bridge, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. We may use your email address to communicate with you about our services.
Third Party Applications – Bridge may make available third party applications through its services. The information collected by Bridge when you enable a third party application is processed under this Privacy Policy. Information collected by the third party application provider is governed by their privacy policies.
Device and client information – certain services may include some device/client unique information that is not associated with your account or you. These information about your installation (e.g., operating system type, version number) may, without any user interaction, be sent to Bridge when you experience problems and errors within Bridge, or when services periodically contacts our servers (for example, to request automatic updates to the software).
Information collected by Google services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
In addition to the above, we may use the information we collect to:
Provide, maintain, protect, and improve our services (including advertising services) and develop new services; and
Protect the rights or property of Bridge or our users.
Bridge processes personal information on our servers in Denmark and in other countries. In some cases, we process personal information outside your own country.
